If I’m reading this right, Judge Oldham just demolished Big Tech censorship. As I’ve been saying all along, a platform cannot edit or deny a user’s speech without accepting responsibility for that speech. If I say something, I and I alone am responsible for my words and thus FnBook or Twits-ter cannot and shall not inhibit my ability to put my own foot in my own mouth.
Okay, so I never said it exactly like that but I’m saying it now.
